Időpontja díjmentesen lemondható egészen az időpont kezdetéig, ehhez kérjük írjon egy emailt az info@drtompanorbert.hu email címre, lehetőleg a visszaigazoló emailre válaszolva, így tudjuk a legkönnyebben beazonosítani a foglalást. Amennyiben az App-on keresztül foglalt, úgy időpontját az appon belül tudja módosítani vagy törölni. Az App letöltéséhez a linket megtalálja az Időpontfoglalás gombra kattintva az oldal tetején. ONLINE konzultáció foglalása esetén az összeg előre fizetendő, azonban lemondás esetén automatikusan visszatérítjük a teljes összeget. Az online szolgáltatások lemondása legkésőbb az időpontot megelőző 30 percig lehetséges.
