Service Cancellation / Withdrawal Form

Our services may be cancelled before performance begins under the following conditions:

• In-person appointment: at any time before the scheduled appointment.

• Online consultation: no later than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

• Prescription: until we have sent the email notification confirming that the prescription has been prepared.

You can submit your cancellation request by email to info@drtompanorbert.hu by forwarding your booking confirmation email, or by submitting the form below.

The above cancellation policy applies to appointments booked through www.drtompanorbert.hu. For appointments booked through other websites, the cancellation policy of the respective practice applies.
